As creative director at Red7e, I led the launch of Stoli Vodka's first bourbon brand, Kentucky Owl. This family-owned bourbon from Harrodsburg, Ky., had gained a cult following akin to Pappy Van Winkle, with bottles fetching high prices. Our challenge was to honor its tradition while broadening its appeal without alienating its existing fanbase. To achieve authenticity, we enlisted Kentucky Owl's master blender, Dixon Dedman, as brand ambassador. Under my direction, we executed new product photography, designed and launched a website, and expanded their social media presence.
